CONCEPT  

are mental representations, abstract objects or abilities that make up the fundamental building blocks of thoughts and beliefs. They play an important role in all aspects of cognition.Concepts can be organized into a hierarchy, higher levels of which are termed “superordinate” and lower levels termed “subordinate”. Additionally, there is the “basic” or “middle” level at which people will most readily categorize a concept. For example, a basic-level concept would be “chair”, with its superordinate, “furniture”, and its subordinate, “easy chair”.

When the mind makes a generalization such as the concept of tree, it extracts similarities from numerous examples; the simplification enables higher-level thinking.A concept is instantiated (reified) by all of its actual or potential instances, whether these are things in the real world or other ideas.

Concepts are studied as components of human cognition in the cognitive science disciplines of linguistics, psychology and philosophy, where an ongoing debate asks whether all cognition must occur through concepts. Concepts are used as formal tools or models in mathematics, computer science, databases and artificial intelligence where they are sometimes called classes, schema or categories. In informal use the word concept often just means any idea.

We usually conceptualize using pencil tools, ballpoint markers, crayons, etc. to record and display sketches of our ideas, so that they can be seen as a general picture or initial description of a project.

MODELLING 

are plans, representations, or descriptions that explain an object, system, or concept, which is often in the form of simplification or idealization. The form can be a physical model (model, prototype form), image model (design image, computer image),The model can also refer to Concepts and theories: Conceptual model, representation model for an idea or conceptual

RENDERING

 is the automatic process of generating a photorealistic or non-photorealistic image from a 2D or 3D model(or models in what collectively could be called a scene file) by means of computer programs. Also, the results of displaying such a model can be called a render. A scene file contains objects in a strictly defined language or data structure; it would contain geometry, viewpoint, texture, lighting, and shading information as a description of the virtual scene. The data contained in the scene file is then passed to a rendering program to be processed and output to a digital image or raster graphics image file. The term “rendering” may be by analogy with an “artist’s rendering” of a scene.

VISUALIZATION

(see spelling differences) is any technique for creating images, diagrams, or animations to communicate a message. Visualization through visual imagery has been an effective way to communicate both abstract and concrete ideas since the dawn of humanity. Examples from history include cave paintings, Egyptian hieroglyphs, Greek geometry, and Leonardo da Vinci’s revolutionary methods of technical drawing for engineering and scientific purposes.

Visualization today has ever-expanding applications in science, education, engineering (e.g., product visualization), interactive multimedia, medicine, etc. Typical of a visualization application is the field of computer graphics. The invention of computer graphics may be the most important development in visualization since the invention of central perspective in the Renaissance period. The development of animation also helped advance visualization.

In Visualization we need image editing sofware such as : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom Corel Draw,Photoscape,GIMP,Pixlr,etc.

For Video editing we need :  Adobe Premier, Lightwork, Media Composer, FinalCut, Magix Video,etc
